Trillium Flow Technologies portfolio of 16 legacy brands offers product lines of premier valves, pumps and actuators designed for specific industry applications. With a supply chain that spans the globe, our key manufacturing and service centers are located in Canada, China, France, India, Italy, South Korea, UK and USA.

Our expertise includes the design and manufacture of critical isolation and safety valves on the nuclear island and general isolation and control applications for balance of plant. We also offer a range of highly engineered pumps, station outage programs, and uprate and life extension projects to power generation customers.

Oil & Gas

We offer API610 compliant pumps for upstream, midstream and downstream applications. We offer control, choke, isolation and safety relief valves integral to production processing and transportation and engineered services for rotating equipment such as uprates and refurbishments.

General Industry

Our versatile valve and pump portfolios are designed to perform flow control duties in food and beverage, mining, pulp and paper and steel applications.

Water & Wastewater

Our specialty pumping equipment includes recessed impeller pumps, screw centrifugal pumps, self-priming pumps, chopper pumps, vertical turbine pumps, and a cyclone and classifier dewatering separator system. Our offerings also include safe drinking water compliant products for NSF applications.

Our Executive Team

David Paradis

Chief Executive Officer (CEO)

Highly successful global business leader in the industrial equipment market. Former President of Weir Flow Control and Group Executive Member, Weir Group PLC. Also, former President of Weir’s group of pressure pumping businesses. Earlier in his career, David held various senior leadership roles in Tyco Flow Control (now part of Emerson). David has extensive experience in operational turnarounds, M&A and strategy development. David holds a BSc in mechanical engineering and a master’s in business administration from Texas A&M University.


Kerem Yilmaz

Chief Financial Officer (CFO)

Global executive experience in finance, investment management and mergers and acquisitions. Most recently, Kerem served as Vice President at First Reserve Corporation focusing on industrial equipment and services investments globally, including investment origination and structuring, due diligence, negotiation, execution, and portfolio management. Kerem’s experience included playing a leading role in the acquisition of Trillium Flow Technologies (f.k.a Weir Flow Control) by First Reserve in 2019. Before joining First Reserve, he worked at HSBC Principal Investments and started his career at Ernst & Young. Kerem holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial Engineering from Bilkent University and an MBA (with Distinction) from INSEAD.

Frank Gilhooly

Sr. Vice President of Sales & Marketing:

Experienced Global Executive with over 30 years of experience in the Flow Control market leading sales and marketing groups. Most recently managed the Americas Sales Organization for Crane CPE a division of Crane Co. before joining Trillium Flow Technologies in 2019. Prior to Crane, Frank led the Global Power Generation business segment for Tyco Valves & Controls, now a part of Emerson. Frank has a degree in Economics from The University of North Carolina, Chapel Hill.


Stacy Winsett

Vice President Global Human Resources

Broad based industry experience and uniquely skilled in developing strategy and leading execution. A top-performing, enterprising business partner who offers a proven record as an HR executive with strategic planning, organization restructuring, talent management, and employee engagement leadership.  Recognized as a leader in change management and continuous improvement.

Mehgan Wichuk

General Counsel

Mehgan Wichuk has served as SVP, General Counsel and Chief Compliance Officer since August 2019. Prior to joining Trillium Flow Technologies, Ms. Wichuk served as VP, General Counsel and Chief Compliance Officer for Gyrodata Incorporated, a leading provider of wellbore placement technology in the oilfield services sector.  Prior to joining Gyrodata, Ms. Wichuk was General Counsel for Seadrill’s Americas division; a deepwater offshore drilling company. Before her tenure with Seadrill, Ms. Wichuk held roles with increasing responsibility at Schlumberger, Trican Well Service and Global Geophysical.  Ms. Wichuk began her career as a litigation associate at the law firm of Dehay & Elliston.

Paolo Macchi

Managing Director – Pumps

Experienced in management of global P&L formed through a career in Multinational companies. Strong business mindset in both strategic and tactical; Paolo covered several roles in marketing, sales and operations. Paolo joins us from Tyco/Pentair (now Emerson) where he managed several valves business and the Global Actuation & Controls Division. He spent a large part of his career in the Oil & Gas vertical having forged his ability to operate in a highly entrepreneurial environment in the early part of his career in the automotive sector. Paolo has a degree in Mechanical Engineering from Polytechnic of Milan and an MBA from the Polytechnic of Milan School of Management.

Nick Adcock

Managing Director – Valves

An accomplished global business leader with experience and results delivered across several key markets. Nick has an impressive track record in driving growth, executing business turnaround, supply chain management, operational excellence and M&A. Nick has held several senior leadership roles in the oil & gas and energy markets and joined us from IMI where he was President of IMI CCI & IMI Bopp & Reuther. The early part of his career was spent in the automotive and aerospace sectors. Nick has a degree in Technology Management from Warwick University and recently completed the General Management Program at Harvard Business School.
