Pump Services Demonstrations:
At our facility in Deer Park we repair small process to large multi-stage, horizontal, and vertical pumps. We also offer engineering for material upgrades to improve reliability and changes in process. Our full machining and welding shop is on-site to manage repairs in-house for quicker turnaround.
Valve Services Demonstrations:
Our Deer Park Facility offers a complete, comprehensive valve repair solution for not only OEM brands but for all manufacturers. From gate, globe and check, and pressure relief valves – we have the experience and knowledge to handle your next outage.
Our 40,000 sq ft facility features:
- Sarasin-RSBD pressure relief valve inventory
- Complete pressure relief valve testing capabilities
- 3D part replication capabilities
- In-house machining from small intricate parts to large split-cases
- Welding and overlaying equipment
- Dedicated service test bay capable of hydrostatic testing up to 8,000 PSIG
- Flexible workstations
- Machining and provisioning of original manufacturer parts
- Sandblasting, aqua-cleaning, and degreasing machinery to bring back components to ‘near-new’ condition
- Painting booth
