PAOLO BANDONI
Sales Development Manager, Country Manager – Saudi Arabia

Paolo Bandoni has an MSc Degree in Aeronautical Engineering from Politecnico di Milano and joined Termomeccanica Pompe in 1992 as Pump Estimating Department Manager. Since 1996, Paolo has held a series of Executive Sales positions related to Original Equipment as well as After-Sales Service for both the Italian and Middle East markets. Today, Paolo is OE Sales Development Manager. Considering his key experience in MENA, he is also Country Manager for Saudi Arabia, following both OE & AM markets through Termomeccanica Saudia, our local company.

MASSIMILIANO BORGHETTI
Research & Development Manager

Massimiliano Borghetti graduated in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Pisa in 2001. He started his career in 2002 at Termomeccanica Pompe, where he held various positions in both the Centrifugal Pumps Engineering & R&D Departments. In 2010, he moved to GE Oil & Gas where he worked within the Advanced Technology Organization, focusing on conceptual and mechanical design of axial and centrifugal compressors. Massimiliano rejoined Termomeccanica Pompe in 2018 to run the company’s R&D Department. Over the years, he has gained strong expertise in turbomachinery design (centrifugal pumps, centrifugal compressors, gas turbines) and new product introduction with a multi-disciplinary technology background.
