Gabbioneta Pumps® specializes in an extensive range of highly customized, heavy-duty process pumps for the toughest applications. Our API 610 pumps are designed with the latest technology for unparalleled precision and durability.
FPSO Applications
Our robust and diverse pump range includes vertical turbine, between-bearing, and overhung pumps. Radially split barrel pumps can be installed on specialized offshore pump skids with three-point gimbal and anti-vibration mountings to meet the demanding needs of FPSO applications. REDUCING COSTS WITH OFFSHORE PUMP RERATING
CASE STUDY: Trillium Flow Technologies™ completed a successful pump rerating project for a major offshore platform in the North Sea that resulted in $2.4 million in annual cost reductions and a decrease of 4,400 tons of CO2 emissions per year.
ADVANCED SOLUTIONS FOR OFFSHORE WATER INJECTION
CASE STUDY: A major offshore installation in the Middle East required high-pressure water injection pump systems for an offshore platform. We leveraged our engineering and testing excellence to deliver high-performance pumping solutions.
TRILLIUM CHOSEN AS PUMP SUPPLIER IN ASIA
CASE STUDY: Due to our support through the FEED phase and proven industry experience, Trillium Flow Technologies™ secured an order for approximately 20 API 610 centrifugal pump packages for horizontal and vertical Gabbioneta Pumps® skids for a Nearshore FLNG vessel in Southeast Asia.

Termomeccanica Pompe has operated in La Spezia for more than 110 years. Today, the facility is equipped to manufacture vertical and horizontal centrifugal pumps for water transmission, desalination, power generation, and oil and gas markets. In addition, our La Spezia location features a specialized 18-megawatt test room that allows for full-scale performance tests with flow rates up to 286,187 GPM. The facilities include a service center that can provide a wide range of maintenance and engineering services, from repairs and overhauls to complete retrofits.

Built in 2016, the Nova Milanese manufacturing facility houses one of the most capable test beds in Europe. Saudi Aramco certified, this location is fully equipped to produce a wide range of specialized pumps offered by Gabbioneta Pumps® and Begemann®. Nova Milanese has been the home of Gabbioneta Pumps® for more than 100 years. Today, the factory builds and maintains our customers’ pump systems up to the highest possible standard. The state-of-the-art testing room is in full compliance with API 610, Hydraulic Institute, ISO 9906, and ASME standards.

Home to Floway®, our Fresno, Calif. production center houses comprehensive testing facilities in compliance with Hydraulic Institute and API 610 standards. This includes multiple vertical pits that allow simultaneous test and pump setup and a purpose-built horizontal pump test lab constructed in 2021. This facility manufactures vertical turbine pumps for the FPSO, water and wastewater, oil and gas, mining, energy, and industrial markets.
