DOUGLAS KITANI

CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER

Douglas Kitani is an experienced executive with over 20 years of experience in private equity, aerospace, and defense and is currently serving as the CEO of Trillium Flow Technologies. Previously, Doug led the turnaround and growth of Erickson Incorporated and IAP Worldwide Services as their CEO and Director. He has extensive expertise in mergers and acquisitions, strategy, and corporate development, having executed over 25 transactions worth over $5 billion. Douglas holds an MBA from Emory University – Goizueta Business School and a Bachelor of Science from the United States Military Academy at West Point.

KEREM YILMAZ

CHIEF FINANCIAL OFFICER

A global executive experience in finance, investment management, and mergers and acquisitions. Most recently, Kerem served as Vice President at First Reserve Corporation focusing on industrial equipment and services investments globally, including investment origination and structuring, due diligence, negotiation, execution, and portfolio management. Kerem’s experience includes playing a key role in the acquisition of Trillium Flow Technologies (formerly Weir Flow Control) by First Reserve in 2019. Before joining First Reserve, he worked at HSBC Principal Investments and started his career at Ernst & Young. Kerem holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial Engineering from Bilkent University and an MBA, with distinction, from INSEAD.

MEHGAN WICHUK

SENIOR VICE PRESIDENT – GENERAL COUNSEL & CHIEF COMPLIANCE OFFICER

Mehgan has served as SVP, General Counsel, and Chief Compliance Officer since August 2019. Prior to joining Trillium Flow Technologies, Mehgan served as VP, General Counsel, and Chief Compliance Officer for Gyrodata Incorporated, a leading provider of wellbore placement technology in the oilfield services sector. Prior to joining Gyrodata, Mehgan was General Counsel for Seadrill’s Americas division; a deepwater offshore drilling company. Before her tenure with Seadrill, Mehgan held roles with increasing responsibility at Schlumberger, Trican Well Service, and Global Geophysical. Mehgan began her career as a litigation associate at the law firm of Dehay & Elliston. Mehgan holds a Bachelor’s degree in Government from the University of Texas and both a JD and MBA degree from the University of Houston.

PAOLO VACIS

MANAGING DIRECTOR – EMEA PUMPS

Paolo Vacis brings over 30 years of experience in industrial environments to his role as Managing Director of EMEA. Before joining Trillium, Paolo served as Chief Operations Officer for the Eastern Hemisphere at Ruhrpumpen Global, overseeing operations across multiple regions. His career also includes significant tenure at Flowserve Corporation, where he held positions such as Vice President & General Manager of the Pump Division EMA and Vice President of Operations. Paolo’s expertise spans manufacturing, operations, supply chain, and finance. He holds an Executive Master in Finance from SDA Bocconi and has completed various executive education programs in leadership and strategy.

STEVEN BRAYLEY

MANAGING DIRECTOR – VALVES

Steven Brayley is an experienced engineering leader with over 25 years in the power, industrial, and nuclear sectors. He currently serves as the Managing Director of Valves at Trillium Flow Technologies. Before joining Trillium, Steven held leadership positions at Weir Power & Industrial and Rolls-Royce, where he developed extensive engineering management and operations expertise. His experience spans roles such as Director of Engineering and Projects, Engineering Operations Manager, and Engineering Manager across various industries. Steven holds a B.Eng. (Hons) in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Northumbria at Newcastle and is a Chartered Engineer and Fellow of the Institution of Mechanical Engineers (CEng FIMechE).

BRYAN VOYTILLA

MANAGING DIRECTOR – AMERICAS PUMPS

Bryan currently serves as the Managing Director of our Americas Pumps Business and has almost 20 years of experience in product and market development. Prior to joining Trillium Flow Technologies, Bryan worked at Celeros Flow Technology where he led the product management for pumps. Prior to the spin off of Celeros from SPXFLOW, Bryan led the power and energy valve businesses as a global product director. Bryan also held roles at Sulzer, and Cummins Inc. where his leadership and product management skills continued to be developed. Bryan holds a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from Portland State University.

EDOARDO GARIBOTTI

MANAGING DIRECTOR – STRATEGIC DEVELOPMENT, EMEA SERVICES

A highly accomplished executive in the global engineered pumps industry, Edoardo has held various leadership positions, most recently, Chairman at Termomeccanica Pompe, now part of Trillium Flow Technologies. With over 35 years of experience, Edoardo has gained extensive expertise across industries in both the original equipment and services markets. This proficiency drove the development and internationalization of Termomeccanica Pompe, as well as the entire Italian Plant Engineering Industry. Currently, Edoardo is the Chairman of Trillium’s Italian pump manufacturing base and Global VP of EMEA Services. Edoardo holds a Master’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering from Genoa University in Italy.

ALI ATMANI

SENIOR VICE PRESIDENT – ENTERPRISE WORLDWIDE, SALES & MARKETING

Ali Atmani is the Senior Vice President of Enterprise Worldwide Sales & Marketing at Trillium Flow Technologies, bringing over 25 years of experience in the Oil & Gas and Energy industries. Before his current role, Ali held leadership positions at Weir Flow Control, Valco Group, and Matra Telecom where he developed extensive expertise in global sales strategy and market expansion. His career includes significant experience in the Asia Pacific region, where he drove growth in emerging markets. Ali has been instrumental in positioning Trillium as a leading supplier in new market segments such as Carbon Capture Storage, FPSO, SMR Nuclear, Hydrogen, and Green Energy. He holds a Master’s degree in International Business and Trade with Asia from the Faculté des Affaires Internationales in France.

IVO KOZEL

GLOBAL BUSINESS IMPROVEMENT DIRECTOR

Ivo Kozel serves as the Global Business Improvement Director at Trillium Flow Technologies, bringing over 20 years of experience in quality management, project management, and business improvement. Before joining Trillium, Ivo was the Regional Lean Manager EMEA at IMI Critical Engineering, where he also served as Quality Manager for IMI-CCI Czech. His career includes roles at various multinational companies such as TRW, Koerber Schleifring-Walter, Honeywell, and Textron, where he developed expertise in quality management, Lean and Six Sigma methodologies, and business improvement strategies. Ivo’s skills encompass problem solving, value stream mapping, error proofing, APQP, and 8D/A3, making him a valuable asset in driving operational excellence across Trillium’s global operations.
