Tiziano joined as a Design Engineer, eventually becoming Head of Project Development, leading the design for horizontal and vertical pumps. He then transitioned to the role of Pump Expert & Technical Supervisor for Horizontal Pumps, where his expertise led to innovations in design for Trillium.

Holds an MBA from Bradford University School of Management and BEng in Automotive Engineering from The University of Huddersfield.
