MASTERING FPSO RELIABILITY

INTEGRATED PUMP, VALVE, & SERVICE SOLUTIONS FOR OFFSHORE EXCELLENCE

FPSO operators face an unprecedented challenge: maintaining 20+ years of uninterrupted operation in the world’s harshest marine environments, where a single equipment failure can cost $500,000+ per day in lost production. Remote offshore locations compound these challenges, making maintenance 5-10 times more expensive than onshore operations while requiring coordination across multiple suppliers for equipment and service with different standards, delivery schedules, and support capabilities.

Discover how Trillium Flow Technologies’ integrated pump, valve, and service solutions eliminate procurement complexity while delivering purpose-built equipment and comprehensive lifecycle support designed specifically for FPSO applications. Our specialized gimbal mounting systems, anti-vibration technologies, global service network, and comprehensive testing capabilities ensure maximum reliability from day one through decades of offshore service.
