Global Director of Engineering & Technology

Simon Bradshaw is the Global Director of Engineering and Technology at Trillium Flow Technologies, a role he has held since March 2022, based in Glasgow, Scotland. His career spans over two decades, with expertise in CFD, mechanical engineering, and scuba diving. Simon has held leadership positions at CIRCOR International Inc. and ITT Goulds Pumps, managing engineering groups and overseeing product development. He holds a BEng (Hons) in Mechanical Engineering (CAE) from Heriot-Watt University. Simon’s contributions to the field are evident through his publications, patents, and certifications, including being a Chartered Engineer.

Alessandro Nicchio
R&D and Aftermarket Engineering Manager

Alessandro Nicchio is the R&D and Aftermarket Engineering Manager at Trillium Pumps Italy, a position he has held since July 2020. With over 18 years of experience at Trillium Flow Technologies, Alessandro has been instrumental in new product development and R&D engineering. His CFD and finite element analysis expertise have significantly contributed to the company’s innovative pump designs. Alessandro holds a Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from Politecnico di Milano and has authored publications on pump dynamics and cavitation prediction, showcasing his commitment to advancing pump technology.

Francesca Rizzi
Product Manager

Francesca Rizzi is a Product Manager at Trillium Flow Technologies, a role she has held since March 2023. Her career at Trillium spans over 19 years, during which she has gained extensive experience across various departments. Francesca’s diverse background includes roles in quality assurance, documentation management, and project engineering, providing her with a comprehensive understanding of pump manufacturing and customer needs. She holds a degree from Politecnico di Milano and leverages her broad industry knowledge to drive product development and customer satisfaction in her current role as Product Manager.
