With over 19 years of experience across leading organizations in the pump manufacturing sector, Alessandro specializes in new product development, pump performance optimization, and energy efficiency improvements. He holds a Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from Politecnico di Milano and an MBA from the University of Strathclyde. Alessandro has authored multiple technical publications including “Dynamic improvement of an overhung single stage pump” and has extensive experience in finite element analysis and CFD modeling.

Matteo Firoi serves as Warranty Manager at Trillium Flow Technologies, bringing nearly 19 years of specialized experience in pump testing, commissioning, and technical assistance. His progressive career began as a Test Technician, advancing through Test Center Manager and On-Site Technical Assistance Manager roles. Matteo’s comprehensive background includes 4 years as an Engineer Officer with Carnival Cruise Line and extensive expertise in pump reliability, failure analysis, and customer support. His field experience spans testing, commissioning, and warranty management, making him uniquely qualified to address real-world pump performance challenges and optimization opportunities.
