Promotion Period: Begins September 22, 2026 at 10:00 a.m. CT and ends September 24, 2026 at 2:00 p.m. CT. Sponsor’s clock is the official timekeeper.
Who Can Enter: Open only to registered attendees and exhibitors of the Turbomachinery & Pump Symposia (TPS) 2026 who are at least 18 years old and legal residents of the 48 United States (excluding Michigan and Ohio) or the District of Columbia. Employees of Sponsor and its affiliates, and their immediate family and household members, are not eligible. You are not eligible if accepting a prize would violate your employer’s gift or ethics policy, and it is your responsibility to confirm that before entering.
How to Enter: Visit Booth 1105 during exhibit hall hours and complete the Meta Quest 3 product experience, then have a Sponsor representative record your entry by badge scan or entry form. Entrants who cannot use a head-mounted display may complete the experience on a monitor at the booth and be entered on the same basis. No purchase, order, or sales presentation is required. Limit one entry per person; additional entries are void.
Prize: One (1) pair of Oakley Meta smart glasses, model and colorway selected by Sponsor. Approximate retail value $499. The prize is awarded as is, is not transferable, and no cash equivalent is offered. Sponsor may substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the stated prize becomes unavailable. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received. All taxes on the prize are the winner’s responsibility.
Drawing and Notification: One winner will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries on September 24, 2026 at approximately 3:00 p.m. CT. You need not be present to win. Sponsor will notify the winner by email or phone within five business days, and the winner must respond within seven calendar days or the prize may be forfeited and awarded to an alternate. The winner may be asked to sign an eligibility confirmation and liability release before the prize is shipped.
Conditions of Entry: By entering, you agree to these rules and to Sponsor’s decisions, which are final. You release Sponsor and the TPS 2026 organizers from any claim arising from your participation or from the prize. Sponsor may cancel or modify the Sweepstakes if fraud or a technical failure impairs its proper operation, and may disqualify anyone who tampers with the entry process. These rules are governed by California law.
Your Information: Entry information, including badge scan data, is used to administer the Sweepstakes and may also be used to send you communications about Trillium products and services.
