Frank Gilhooly
SVP Sales & Marketing, Trillium Flow Technologies
Experienced global leader with over 30 years of experience in the flow control market leading sales and marketing groups. Most recently managed the Americas Sales Organization for Crane CPE, a division of Crane Co. before joining Trillium Flow Technologies in 2019. Prior to Crane, Frank led the Global Power Generation business segment for Tyco Valves & Controls, now a part of Emerson. Frank has a Bachelor degree in Economics from The University of North Carolina, Chapel Hill.

Webster Madole
SVP Global Operations & Supply Chain, Trillium Flow Technologies
Experienced global operations leader with nearly 25 years of experience in manufacturing and supply chain, with extensive background and diverse proficiencies spanning quality, production, Lean Six Sigma, project management, manufacturing engineering, and plant management. Webster joins us from Cameron/Schlumberger and Weatherford, where he most recently served as Director of Manufacturing for the past six years. Webster spent a large portion of his nearly 25 years of experience in the oil and gas industry, focusing on valves manufacturing and supply. He received both his Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees in Industrial Engineering from the University of Oklahoma.

Joshua Jensen
Senior Sales Director, Western Hemisphere
With over 20 years of experience in our business, Joshua leads our entire sales team for the Western Hemisphere. Previously he served as the marketing manager for Weir and then managed our applications engineering team in Salt Lake City. In 2011, he was one of just 25 individuals selected from the Weir to participate in the Weir Emerging Leaders Program in partnership with the University of Strathclyde. Additionally, Joshua led our North American municipal sales team under Weir and continued that role with Trillium when the company was formed in 2019. In 2021, he was promoted to Senior Sales Director for the Western Hemisphere. Joshua studied business management at Western Governors University.

Renee Morein
Senior Director of Manufacturing, North America, Trillium Flow Technologies
Renee joined Trillium in November 2021 as the North American Manufacturing Director. Renee has ten years of manufacturing experience across multiple areas, including finance, planning, materials, and site leadership. Most recently, Renee was at Weatherford International, where she was the Plant Manager for the organization’s Completions manufacturing plant in Scott, Louisiana. Prior to Weatherford, Renee held various leadership roles and was a certified Lean Six Sigma Blackbelt with Cameron, a Schlumberger company. Renee has a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting from Louisiana State University and a Master’s Degree in Business from the University of Louisiana.

David Tummins
North America Business Improvement Manager, Trillium Flow Technologies
David started his career as Manufacturing Engineer and has been in various management roles, such as Production Manager, Operations Manager, and Plant Manager within multiple organizations. He is also well versed in operations and understanding the quality of service and product and is knowledgeable in implementing lean programs and facility turn arounds. David holds a B.S in Industrial Engineering, a Minor in Mathematics at Texas A&M, and a Master of Business Administration – Finance Concentration from the University of Houston.

Stephen Avila
Plant Manager, US Pumps – Fresno, Trillium Flow Technologies
Experienced Operations/Plant Manager with over 10 years of experience in the manufacturing industry. Most recently managed the US manufacturing operations for Domestic Circulators, Industrial and Commercial Building water pumps for Grundfos Pumps before joining Trillium in August of this year. Stephen has s Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Fresno State.
