Key highlights include:
- We achieved 2,461 employee volunteer hours in support of community engagement, environmental stewardship, and local outreach initiatives.
- We achieved a 46% reduction in emissions intensity in 2025 compared to the base year (2020), and a 25% reduction in absolute market-based emissions relative to our 2020 baseline.
- 37% of total electricity consumed at our Pumps facility in Fresno, California, comes from our 1.44-acre solar panel installation.
- In 2025, we transitioned to a new carbon accounting platform to enhance the granularity and scope of our reporting, utilize more relevant and auditable emissions factors.
