Elbow Down Valves

Elbow Down Valves are a special globe valve design used for downward vertical flow off a circulating pump. Elbow down valves are available for high pressure service in a range of sizes.

Trillium Valves USA™ has developed a Forged Wye Globe Valve to add to the Atwood & Morrill® product offering. These valves offer customers a forged material option for combined cycle, critical, super-critical and ultra super critical steam power applications.

86 Series Pilot Operated Pressure Relief Valve

The Sarasin-RSBD 86 SERIES FULL NOZZLE design is based on our experience in NUCLEAR applications. It has been developed to protect drum, superheater and to comply with local regulation where isolated steam from atmosphere and remote sensing line are mandatory statement.

The Sarasin-RSBD 86 SERIES Pilot Operated Pressure Relief Valve has been developed to high temperature steam requirements. This new design and material is based on our extensive experience in nuclear applications. The DMS technology is the same as than currently used by SEBIM in NUCLEAR power plant. The design of the valve seal is performed without any elastomer. The main valve dome and DMS pilot sealing is insured by metallic bellows. This feature allows the Pilot Operated Pressure Relief Valve to keep a constant steam flow through the DMS pilot and the main valve without any impact on valve performance. "Hang-up" of guiding surfaces associated with comparable valves is eliminated with a unique anti-sizing feature. the first Pilot Operated Pressure Relief Valve in the world to offer this technology to prevent such kind of failure.

71 Series Pilot Operated Pressure Relief Valve

The Sarasin-RSBD 71 SERIES design has been developed for customer who want to protect piping or vessel against thermal expansion overpressure in gas service, keeping operating pressure close to the set pressure.

The Sarasin-RSBD 71 SERIES design is based on thermal expansion spring-loaded body design (9 SERIES) The Sarasin-RSBD 71 SERIES are an engineered custom-made design that has been industrialized and offer FULL NOZZLE Pilot Operated Pressure Relief Valve in Industrial Gas Service:

FULL NOZZLE version is better to insure body chemical protection
In case of upgraded process (higher backpressure / higher operating pressure) customer can simply go from Spring Loaded to Pilot Operated version keeping the same center-to-face dimension.
FULL NOZZLE version are integral wetted components which offer the advantage of removal for maintenance and replacement.

78 Series Pilot Operated Pressure Relief Valve

The Sarasin-RSBD 78 SERIES SEMI NOZZLE design has been developed in compliance with API STD 526 to protect against overpressure, withstanding the most stringant criteria in term of operating pressure and back pressure

The Sarasin-RSBD 78 SERIES Pilot Operated Pressure Relief Valve is an autonomous unit and therefore it does not need an external source of power for it to operate. Used mostly in the oil and gas industry this pressure relief valve can be used in vapour, gas, liquid or steam applications. Precision machined internal components and high integrity soft goods mean that the Sarasin-RSBD 78 SERIES Pilot Operated Pressure Relief Valves are designed to provide excellent operational performance and repeatability.

DSM 3000 Small size reactor safety valve

The SEBIM POSV type DSM 3000 is our most compact design from within the SEBIM safety valve range and offers versatility, robust design and proven reliability.

This model is suitable for all types of nuclear reactors which require high and low overpressure protection on liquid, steam, gas and steam/water mix applications with small capacity and high speed pressure transient. The SEBIM POSV type DSM 3000 was developed especially for submarines, scaled down reactors, experimental reactors, PWR, PHWR or HTGR. The piloting system, which is integrated into the main valve, operates under steam, gas, liquid or two phase flow duties.

BSD OH3 Type API 610 Centrifugal Pump

Easy to assemble, Gabbioneta BSD pumps minimise the number of rotating parts, saving space and lowering installation and operating costs.

The BSD range Gabbioneta Pumps^® are heavy duty process vertical in-line overhung pumps with single suction impeller, designed in a back pull-out configuration for easy maintenance activities without motor removal. Computer desinged and fully machinned diffusers reduces virtually all hydraulic radial forces and limits shaft deflection at any flow. As option, pumps can be equipped with grease lubricated bearing, pure or purge oil mist lubrication, anti-reverse rotation device, steam jackets and casing insulations.

VD & VLD VS2 & VS7 Type API 610 Centrifugal Pump

The VD and VLD centrifugal pump series are engineered to minimize NPSHr on high capacity vertical applications.

The VD and VLD Gabbioneta Pumps^® are vertical multistage, volute type, heavy duty process pumps, available in double- casing or wet pit configuration. Double suction 1st stage impeller permits to meet low NPSH requirements, while the closed type impeller with front and rear wear rings and balancing holes minimizes the axial thrust. Labyrinths and deflectors at both bearing housing covers maximize protection against dirt and pump shaft, in one or two pieces, is fully machined to respect the more restrictive run-out API limits. Additional rigid coupling, to facilitate mechanical seal maintenance activities, and axial thrust tilting pad bearings for ultra high thrust operating conditions can be provided.
