Starflow-V (PV Series) Pressure Relief Valve

November 1, 2019|

The Sarasin-RSBD Starflow V Pressure Relief Valve is designed for steam boiler applications and provides anti-seizing, rapid lifting and blowdown performance.

The Starflow V Pressure Relief Valve compliments the existing Starflow P and Starsteam offerings. The additional choice allows boiler manufacturers and plant operators to deal with a single supplier for multiple sizes and pressure conditions ranging from 1"" to 8"" (1 bar (14 psig) to 370 bar (5366 psig)). The Starflow Pressure Relief Valve range has been designed to work in a number of processes including multipurpose flow control and pressure relief within the power industry. Furthermore, with the addition of the Starflow V Trillium now offers its customers a fully inclusive product range available for boiler applications up to supercritical operational levels.

CTSV 3000 Tandem of primary coolant safety valves

November 1, 2019|

The SEBIM Tandem (POSV type Compact Tandem Safety Valves CTSV) features a unique design for redundant safe closure in the over-pressure protection of cooling circuits.

The SEBIM CTSV is the successor to the cold solution which has been in operation since the 1980s in French Pressurised Water Reactors. This Hot Solution design has operated globally since 1995 in VVER and CANDU reactors. The SEBIM CTSV fits various types of nuclear reactors which require high and low overpressure protection on liquid, steam, gas and steam/water mix applications.

Triple Offset Butterfly Valves

November 1, 2019|

The Tricentric brand is recognized in the market for excellent flow and control characteristics, tight sealing capabilities and dependability in a wide range of applications.

Tricentric® Metal Seated Valves perform favourably when compared to conventional resilient seated and high performance butterfly valves over all services ranges. Tricentric® Triple Offset Butterfly Valves incorporate 3-way eccentricity. The metal seat is capable of a very tight seal at temperatures up to 1,500ºF.

Gate Valves Flexi Wedge Design

October 17, 2019|

We recommend the highly versatile Hopkinsons Flexi Wedge Design as gate valve which is designed for containment isolation duties.

Designed for containment isolation duties, Bolted bonnet (seal weld provision available), Pressure seal, Full Bore: The outstanding feature of the parallel slide design is that of maintaining fluid-tightness without the aid of wedging action. No mechanical stress is exerted between the discs, and there are no problems associated with cool-down of the fluid.

Starflow (P Series) Pressure Relief Valve

October 17, 2019|

The Sarasin-RSBD Starflow Spring Loaded Pressure Relief Valve is designed using the concepts of safety, high performance, interchangeability and simplicity for Oil and Gas applications.

The Starflow range of Spring Loaded Pressure Relief Valves is available in both conventional and balanced bellows designs. These safety relief valves feature a wide range of material options and trim designs to meet the demands of many processes and applications. Starflow spring loaded pressure safety valves can be used in vapour, gas, liquid or steam applications in the oil & gas industry as well as cryogenics. The valves are designed to provide high integrity performance and repeatability by their use of an integral full, one-piece nozzle, a self-aligning top-guided disc & disc-holder and a single adjusting ring for blowdown setting.

BV 10000 Swingthrough

October 17, 2019|

The Batley Valve BV 10000 Swingthrough is a versatile and robust control valve that is suitable for many process applications.

The standard range of Butterfly Valves has been designed to give cost effective flow control of liquids and gases where a complete tight shut-off is not essential. The 'swing-through' vane, which has no contact with the valve body, enables the valves to be used with high pressures and a wide range of temperatures. The standard has a basic 'equal percentage' characteristic but this is only true between the 10º and 60º open position. For control, 60 degree vane rotation is normally used and 90 degree vane rotation for on/off service

FREE FLOW® Reverse Current Valve

October 17, 2019|

FREE FLOW® Reverse Current Valves are designed to give maximum protection to extraction steam turbines. Their rapid, tight closure ensures that the high level of energy found in feedwater heaters or process lines is quickly isolated from the turbine in the event of a load rejection.
