Ball Seat Design

The shaped sealing surface feature of the valve makes the sealing more reliable. Designs with various types of low friction seat materials are available.

Hard Facing and Soft Seat Options

Thermoplastic seat materials include: TFM, PTFE, RPTFE, PEEK, POM, PCTFE
For Cryogenic service with valves equipped with a cavity relief hole in the ball, special cryo-seating construction that withstands fluctuations in pressure and temperature are utilized.
