Floway® VTSP (Vertical Turbine Solids Pump) is a vertical close coupled, single and multistage solids handling pump. This solids pump includes hardened materials and a patented bearing design resulting in an increased wear-life up to four times that of a standard vertical turbine solid pump. In addition, the Floway® VTSP features a semi-open adjustable impeller design to accommodate solids and maintain performance without the need for disassembly. Handling solids up to 10% by weight the Floway® VTSP is designed to reduce wear, decrease maintenance down time, and lower total ownership cost.

The VI Gabbioneta Pumps® are vertical, single stage heavy duty process pumps, with side discharge. VI pumps have closed type impeller with front and rear rings as well as balancing holes, to minimise the axial thrust, and large eye to meet low NPSH requirements. Pump shaft is fully machined to respect the most restrictive run-out API requirements, labyrinths and deflectors at both bearing housing covers allow to maximize protection against dirt and discharge column mounted with a sliding fit through the sole plate accounts for thermal expansions. As option, can be provided full jacketed contruction to minimize pump distortions caused by local heating, additional rigid coupling to facilitate mechanical seal maintenance activities, suction strainer for particularly dirt services and open impellers for waxy or fibrous solids.
BS OH5 Type API 610 Centrifugal Pump

The BS range Begemann® are single entry, vertical in-line, close coupled pumps. The compact design minimise the number of rotating parts and renewable wear rings reduce stock holding and spare parts. The close coupled configuration without additional alignment requirements on site reduces maintenance and down time, as well as computer designed and machined diffusers increase motor bearings and mechanical seals life. As option pumps can be equipped with rigid shaft coupling (OH4 type) to use standard vertical shaft electric motors, standard or extended levelling plate can be supplied and fully jacketed design can be available.

The standard range of Butterfly Valves has been designed to give cost effective flow control of liquids and gases where a complete tight shut-off is not essential. The 'swing-through' vane, which has no contact with the valve body, enables the valves to be used with high pressures and a wide range of temperatures. The standard has a basic 'equal percentage' characteristic but this is only true between the 10º and 60º open position. For control, 60 degree vane rotation is normally used and 90 degree vane rotation for on/off service
