Termomeccanica Pompe

D2 & D2D & DD2D BB1 TYPE API 610 CENTRIFUGAL PUMP

Termomeccanica Pompe D2, D2D, and DD2D pumps are between bearings, axially split, double volute, and two-stage pumps.

The D2 model has two single suction impellers and a back-to-back arrangement.

The D2D model has two double suction impellers and volute is staggered to reduce pressure pulsations.

The DD2D model has a first stage double suction impeller and a second stage single suction impeller.

All models have a near centerline mounted casing. Hydraulics are optimized through extensive CFD analyses and experimental tests.

  • Capacity up to 20,000 m³/h (88,057 gpm)
  • Head up to 800 m (2,625 ft.)
  • Pressure up to 150 bar (2,180 psig)
  • Temperature up to 150°C (300°F)
  • Speed of rotation up 5,000 RPM
